EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL "MEDITERRANEAN"

For the production of this extra virgin olive oil we use only olives of EU origin cold pressed with mechanical mills. The rich variety of EU olives can give different colors and flavors to the product: Spanish olives add a hint of spiciness, Greek olives are sweeter while Italian olives have a balanced flavor thanks to their fruity hints. The color of the extra virgin olive oil is light green with golden shades. When tasted it is slightly fruity, bitter and spicy, while the aroma it emanates is that of fresh and ripe olives.
