The "100% ITALIAN" Extra Virgin Olive Oil is obtained from 100% Italian olives. It has an intense aroma, which recalls that of olives harvested from the plant at the right level of ripeness. With a delicate taste, it is characterized by the balance between bitter and spicy, of medium intensity. Fragrant notes of full fruitiness recall fresh olives, freshly cut grass and bitter almonds. It is recommended to use it raw, simply poured on a slice of lightly toasted bread. The 100% Italian Le Nostre Terre extra virgin olive oil enhances the taste of salads, meat and fish, but also that of legumes and grilled vegetables.
