HIGH OLEIC SUNFLOWER SEED OIL

High oleic oil is a seed oil to which oleic acid is added, a monounsaturated fatty acid naturally present in olive oil. It is in all respects a seed oil, in most cases sunflower seeds which, thanks to the presence of this acid, has a more fluid structure as well as various benefits for our cardiovascular system. Oleic acid is a stable monounsaturated fat, a characteristic that guarantees good stability to the oils in which it is present, first of all olive oil which in fact has good resistance to oxidation processes. At room temperature, oleic acid is a colored and odorless liquid, which is why added to seed oil, it does not alter its organoleptic properties.
